Hi, I'm Mohan Prasad, founder of Royalfurr — and this story starts with one dog. My Shih Tzu.

Like most pet parents, I wanted to give her the best. I tried the commercial food on every shelf, read every label, and kept coming back to the same feeling: there had to be a better way. I wanted her to eat the way we eat at home — real ingredients, cooked with care, not poured out of a bag.

So I started cooking for her myself — real chicken, fresh vegetables, nothing else. Watching her eat happily, meal after meal, planted a simple thought I couldn't shake.

"If my dog deserves this, every dog deserves this."

That thought became Royalfurr. But I also knew most pet parents don't have time to cook fresh meals every single day — life gets in the way, even when the intention is there. So we built Royalfurr to close that gap: real ingredients, cooked properly, and kept safe using advanced retort technology instead of preservatives. Open the pouch, serve, and that's it — a healthy meal, without the effort.

Every pouch we make today carries the same care that went into that first bowl I cooked for her. Because dogs aren't just pets. They're family — and family deserves real food.
