Returns & Refunds

We want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you may return most unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
2. Package the item securely with all original packaging
3. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
